{"id":2098,"date":"2021-04-30T10:34:22","date_gmt":"2021-04-30T10:34:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sibsanalytics.com\/?p=2098"},"modified":"2021-04-30T10:34:23","modified_gmt":"2021-04-30T10:34:23","slug":"gradual-reopening-and-consumption-in-portugal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sibsanalytics.com\/en\/news\/gradual-reopening-and-consumption-in-portugal\/","title":{"rendered":"GRADUAL REOPENING AND CONSUMPTION IN PORTUGAL"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>As can be seen in the attached infographic and in the consumption evolution lines in Portugal recorded by SIBS Analytics, the total number of purchases (physical and online) reached, for the first time in 2021, values above those recorded before COVID-19 \u2013 both in the same period (19-25 April, 2019) and compared to the first months of 2020, characterised as the \u201cpre-pandemic\u201d period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This growth is mainly due to online commerce, which has seen significant growth throughout the pandemic, and is currently 51% above the levels recorded in the \u201cpre-pandemic\u201d.
